The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has replaced the PA-1 Use Tax Application with myPATH.

To file a PA Use Tax Return, and make a use tax payment please use myPATH.

These and other services are available on the Department of Revenue’s new online portal, available at www.mypath.pa.gov.

You will automatically be redirected to myPATH in 15 seconds.
